Can we bring anyone else?

Totally! Happy to capture you and your loved ones. Just note that the Manhattan City Clerk's Office only allows four guests in addition to the two of you, and I'm included in those four! I'm happy to sign as your witness if you don't bring anyone in with you. Family and friends can always be waiting outside the exit door with confetti!

What happens if it rains? 

I’m not stressed about it! I use top of the line gear that’s weather-proof, and I have insurance. I’ve also got cute clear dome umbrellas for you to stand under if it’s rainy during portraits or just running from the car inside! Honestly, I love rainy, moody weather and capturing it in photos. There are a few indoor/covered spots around that we can try to visit for portraits, as well. We can chat rescheduling if there's dangerous conditions like a blizzard rolling in.

How much is the retainer?

The non-refundable retainer fee is 50%. This will go toward your final balance and is due at booking when you sign the contract, to reserve your date on my calendar.

Can I see a full gallery?

Absolutely! I'll send a couple different City Hall elopement galleries to y'all to help you decide how much time with me you're wanting and to help brainstorm secondary locations for photos. The great thing about an intimate celebration like this is you can do whatever YOU want to do! It can be as chill and casual as hitting your favorite bar for a drink after, or more portraits in the park.

What should we wear?

Whatever makes you feel good! I'll send ideas via past galleries, and I'll send my styling guide with tips as well. You can dress as fancy or as casual as you'd like! I always recommend comfy shoes though, especially if we're going to run around the city after for portraits.

How do we book you if we can't get our appointment until 3 weeks prior?

Don't worry! Weekdays are flexible for me and I only book one elopement per day. Happy to wait until you snag your appointment if you prefer, or we can get you onto my books on your preferred date and chat logistics once you get your appointment time.
